HIP STRENGTH FOUNDATIONS is a 4 week progression course that aims to give you the tools to get moving pain free.
About The Instructor
Lindsay Tysdal is a graduate from the University of Saskatchewan, where she completed both her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (2008) and her Masters of Physical Therapy (2010).
Lindsay’s clinical practice has evolved to comprise an emerging field of concentration: young adult hip pathologies/sport hip pathologies. Over the past several years, Lindsay has had the opportunity to work closely Saskatchewan orthopaedic surgeons who specializes in young adult hip pathologies, such as femoral acetabular impingement and hip dysplasia. Together they have developed screening protocols, conservative management protocols and post operative protocols. They work together to service the needs of young adult patients throughout Saskatchewan.
