  • Mondays: 11am PhysioYoga for Beginners (Active Aging, Injury, or arthritis) *claimable as physiotherapy.
  • Mondays: 1pm: Chair Yoga
  • Tuesday: 6pm: Postpartum PhysioYoga (Sept 12th-Oct 3rd & Nov 7th-28th). *claimable as physiotherapy
  • Wednesdays: 11am PhysioYoga for Beginners (Active Aging, Injury, or arthritis) *claimable as physiotherapy. Resumes Sept 13th.
  • Wednesdays: 1 pm: Chair Yoga
  • Wednesdays: 7-8pm Too Tight To Stretch PhysioYoga *claimable as physiotherapy.
  • Fridays: 10am: Postpartum PhysioYoga (Sept 8th-Oct 6th. No class on Sept 29th & Nov 3rd-Dec 1st No class Nov10th) *claimable as physiotherapy.
  • Saturday: 10am Too Tight To Stretch PhysioYoga * claimable as physiotherapy.

Post-partum PhysioYoga

  • Comfort and growth for your new body
  • Classes taught by a physiotherapist.
  • Home practice guide is provided at the end of each series.
  • Postpartum rehabilitation education is provided throughout the sessions.
  • Physiotherapy screen is required prior to attending the series.
  • Movement that promotes stamina and strength
  • Balance, relaxation and movement to allow your body to recover from pregnancy and birth
  • Heal the body and mind, and repair tissues and muscles
  • Child care provided onsite included in cost of sessions (space is limited).
