The practice of yoga fused with the expertise of medicine. Our classes are created with an emphasis on physical therapy, and incorporate full body health. This rehabilitation therapy makes yoga, and even movement, accessible to all.

  • 11am: PhysioYoga for Beginners (Active Aging, Injury, or arthritis)*

Tuesday

  • 6pm: Postpartum PhysioYoga*

Wednesday

  • 11am: PhysioYoga for Beginners (Active Aging, Injury, or arthritis)*
  • 1 pm: Chair Yoga
  • 7-8pm: Too Tight To Stretch PhysioYoga*

Friday

  • 10am: Postpartum PhysioYoga*

Saturday

  • 10am: Too Tight To Stretch PhysioYoga*

PhysioYoga: Beginners & Too Tight To Stretch

  • Class size under ten people
  • Designed for those living with and working through injuries.
  • Perfect for those wanting to stay active as they age.
  • Designed to support those living with arthritis
  • Intimate setting allows for personalized cueing
  • Individualized feedback by a physiotherapist
  • Customized for your specific needs and goals
  • Comfortable, safe and fun environment
  • Sessions may be claimable at physiotherapy through private insurance.

Post-partum PhysioYoga

  • Comfort and growth for your new body
  • Classes taught by a physiotherapist.
  • Home practice guide is provided at the end of each series.
  • Postpartum rehabilitation education is provided throughout the sessions.
  • Physiotherapy screen is required prior to attending the series.
  • Movement that promotes stamina and strength
  • Balance, relaxation and movement to allow your body to recover from pregnancy and birth
  • Heal the body and mind, and repair tissues and muscles
  • Child care provided onsite included in cost of sessions (space is limited).
  • Sessions may be claimable at physiotherapy through private insurance.

Chair Yoga

  • In-person and online!
  • Great for seniors, those with mobility issues, or movement disorders
  • Deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness

Accessible & Adaptive Yoga Training

  • 40 hour Accessible & Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training

No, you do not need to have any prior experience with yoga to participate in PhysioYoga. Our physiotherapists will work with you to develop a customized program that is tailored to your specific needs and abilities.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. You may also want to bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one.

Our PhysioYoga sessions are typically 60 minutes long, but the length may vary depending on your individual needs and goals.

PhysioYoga may be covered by your insurance plan. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to determine if PhysioYoga is covered under your plan.
