Chantelle Riess

Chantelle graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with Great Distinction. She later travelled to Glasgow, Scotland and completed her Masters of Physical Therapy with Distinction at Glasgow Caledonian University.
Chantelle is a supportive, patient-centered physiotherapist who values building connections and trust with the people she treats. She combines clinical skills with empathy to create a safe and encouraging space where clients feel heard, respected, and motivated in their recovery. Her individualized treatment approach integrates manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, empowering clients to take an active role in their healing.

From a young age, Chantelle has had a passion for helping others, and she enjoys working with people of all ages. She treats a wide range of conditions, including acute, chronic, and overuse injuries; post-surgical rehabilitation; motor vehicle and workplace injuries; and vestibular disorders.
Chantelle has pursued postgraduate education to continually expand her clinical knowledge and hands-on skills. Her advanced training includes completion of the McKenzie Method Parts A–D, equipping her with specialized techniques for assessing and treating spinal and extremity conditions. She has also undertaken comprehensive courses in vestibular and concussion management, allowing her to effectively address dizziness, balance disorders and post-concussion recovery.
In addition, Chantelle has completed certification in dry needling through Evidence in Motion, enhancing her ability to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve mobility. This commitment to lifelong learning reflects her dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual’s needs.
When she’s not at the clinic, Chantelle enjoys staying active and adventurous—playing volleyball, hitting the golf course, camping under the stars, and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
