Amy Garnett

A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Amy Garnett earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2012 followed by her Master of Physical Therapy in 2014.

Born and raised in Saskatoon, Amy was always active and playing competitive sports. During her time at the U of S, she competed 5 years with the Huskie Women’s Basketball team, fostering her life-long passion for physical activity and exercise and her desire to educate people on proper movement patterns to prevent injury, increase quality of life, and be the best possible versions of themselves!

More About Amy

Amy’s career as a Physical Therapist has included experience in both public and private practice, and has knowledge treating a variety of neurological, cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

Amy has a passionate about working with women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and helping them build strategies to return to the activities that they want to do. Amy has her Pelvic Health Certification and is able to perform internal examinations as required in a Pelvic Health appointment.
