Alison Fox
Occupational Therapist
Alison’s love of health promotion began at a young age when she became fascinated by movement, biomechanics, anatomy and human sciences.
This fascination drew her to a degree in Rehab Medicine where she now works with seniors and people living with physical and cognitive challenges. In her career as an Occupational Therapist she thrives on inspiring people to overcome obstacles, achieve more than they thought possible, and improve their quality of life.
This belief goes hand in hand with her love of group fitness and yoga. We all have different ailments and injuries but we are all capable of reaching movement goals. Her passion is meeting those who feel uncertain or uneasy and showing them that they are able, that they are stronger than they think they are, and they too can learn and grow.
Success is not measured by the shape of your body. It is measured in happiness and the joy of movement. No single person is perfect, but we can all reach success by finding something that we love, surrounding ourselves with positive people, and revelling in our body’s capabilities.
