Gentle, effective rehab in a warm, supportive environment—discover AquaPhysio at Vangool Wellness.

What Is Aquaphysio?

A Supportive, Water-Based Approach to Physiotherapy

Aquaphysio, also known as aquatic physiotherapy or hydrotherapy, uses the properties of water—buoyancy, resistance, and warmth—to support your body during movement and therapy.

This treatment is ideal for those who experience pain or limitations during traditional land-based therapy.

At Vangool Wellness, Aquaphysio sessions take place in a heated therapeutic pool located at Sherbrooke Community Centre in Saskatoon.
